How can I place an order?

Placing an order on our site is quick and easy. Just browse through the Bottega Franchi collections, choose the jewelry you want, select the quantity, and add it to your cart.

Once you have completed your selection, you can click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the screen to review the contents of your cart and proceed to checkout.

On the next screen, you can choose your payment method and enter your shipping information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods to facilitate your purchases. You can pay with credit and debit cards (Visa, VisaElectron, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Aurora), PayPal, and by bank transfer.

If you choose bank transfer as your method of payment, we will wait for your payment to be credited before shipping the items.

All transactions are secure and encrypted to protect your personal information.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Standard shipments generally take 3 to 5 business days, while international shipments can take 5 to 14 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

How can I track my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You will be able to use this number to track your package through the courier site.

You can, in addition, log into your account on our site to view the status of your order and its current location.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You may change or cancel your order by 9 p.m. on the day you completed your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but keep in mind that once your order has been processed and shipped, no changes can be made.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days from the date of receipt.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all labels, original packaging and any giveaways.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or errors on our part.

Do you offer warranties on your jewelry?

Yes, we offer a one-year warranty on all our jewelry against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper maintenance.

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with a description of the problem, photos and video of the jewelry.

We will assess the problem and offer you an appropriate solution.

How can I take care of my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry sparkling, follow our care tips found in the Jewelry Care section of our website.

Avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes and water.

Clean your jewelry regularly with a soft cloth and store it in a dry, protected place.
